Like any production of concrete, my sculpture practice generates concrete surplus that turns into waste.  After using this excess to patch holes and crevices around my studio, even filling a pothole on the street, I began pouring the abundances of gray and white concrete into a Tonalá terracotta amphora that was at my studio. After weeks of filling it up, it was time to break the container and reveal its contents.
